Description
Elaboration:
Celler Cal Pla blanc is a copage wine with the Macabeu varieties 40%, white Grenache 30% and Muscat 30%, from vines more than fifteen years old planted in licorice soil at 300 meters high, macerated for 24 hours in controlled temperature and then aged for 5 months in French and American oak barrels.
This white wine in barrel will combine wonderfully with white meats, blue fish and soft and pressed cheeses.
Tasting note:
Celler cal pla blanc, a dry wine, very gastronomic, straw-yellow in color, on the nose you can see fruity aromas and brioxeria, and on the palate it is unctuous and has a long but pleasant flavor.
Pairing:
Ideal to accompany blue fish, salads and soft and semi-cured cheeses as well as white meats.
