La Servera

Description

Elaboration:

La Servera is a monovarietal wine, 100% black Grenache, from the les Pedreres estate, which the Vendrell Rived winery owns in Marçà, from Piñolen soil and organic cultivation. It is harvested manually and fermented and macerated in stainless steel tanks for 15 days and then left to age in the same tanks for another 9 months. A wine with no added sulphites, without filtering or clarifying, with minimal intervention.​

Tasting note:

La Servera isclean and bright color, with a typical Montsant Garnacha aroma, very intense red fruit with balsamic touches, just like in the mouth, very sweet and with a long and pleasant aftertaste.

Pairing:

La Servera pairs well with grilled beef, game, spicy dishes and pasta and cheeses, cold meats and nuts are also good pairings.
