Elaboration:
Lo Flaüt is a quiet white wine. 100% Albarinyo, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. No added sulphites, from 20-year-old vines grown at more than 700 meters, on the border of the Conca de Barberà and Priorat areas. Stony soil, with the presence of silty clay soil. Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Resting for 6 months on stainless steel mats. No sulfites or other added additives.
Tasting note
Lo Flaüt, isfruity, intense carefree and breaking. Intense aroma of tropical and white fruit, with a floral background and hints of butter. Silky and long in the mouth, it leads to a fruity explosion supported by moderate acidity.
Pairing:
Lo Flaüt is very gastronomic and well suited to accompany salads and fish.
