Tasting note:
El Gratallunes The dense tears remind us of the alluvial fans that form the lands of their origin. Pale yellow color with greenish reflections. The first nose surprises with its immense freshness and delicate herbal tea perfume with a citrus background. Notes of linden, green anise and a touch of thyme refresh the sweet personality of white Grenache. Amplitude and unctuousness in the mouth flood the palate
combined with a slight bitterness and flavor of hay that confirms the personality of this wine. At the end of the mouth, this wine offers fresh notes of grapefruit, laurel and cantaloupe melon and a sensation of freshness that reminds us of its granitic origins
Pairing:
ISgastronomic, very suitable with cheeses, also salads and marinades, paired with shellfish and fish and of course for drinks with friends on long, hot summer nights.
