Description
Elaboration:
The Nexe ferments with its lees, then ages for six months in chestnut barrels and a further six months in the bottle, 100% from Sumoll vines, a very typical variety from Camp de Tarragona, Alt Camp and Baix Penedès.
Tasting note:
The Nexe is ruby in color, on the nose it smells of Mediterranean flora with a little spice and dried herbs with lactic touches, on the palate it is fresh and vertical, the main characteristic of the wines of the Edu Sanromà, with a certain creaminess and bitterness, of long and persistent finish.
Pairing:
The Nexe allows you a very wide variety of pairings due to its lightness and freshness, it is good with salads, white meats and fresh cheeses, very gastronomic and easy to start, making repeat drinks a pleasure.
