Gritelles Ancestral Red is a sparkling rose wine from native red grapes from the Cornudella de Montsant valley. Natural fermentation for 24 days and bottled at density 997 without any intervention or addition. Precipitates and cloudiness indicate natural fermentation and the presence of lees.
