Ishii white is a young and fruity wine, made with the varieties 50% Muscat, 25%, Xarel.lo and 25% Chardonnay in the Vives Ambròs cellars, in the beautiful town of Montferri, in the countryside of Tarragona.
Tasting note:
Ishii white is a wine with primary aromas as it gives the sensation of biting into a grape seed. Wine with a lot of aromatic intensity of grapes, white fruit and a floral touch. In the mouth it is soft, full-bodied and gives us a very interesting and pleasant fruity retro-nasal.
Pairing:
Ideal to accompany oriental cuisine, sushi, fish and seafood.
