Elaboration:

La Conilla Blanc is a young wine from the DO Montsant, created by Cheeky wines, a young and fun project, made at Celler Masroig in the most traditional way with fermentation in stainless steel vats and controlled temperature, the wine is a blend of the two most characteristic varieties of the area, 35% Macabeu and 65% white Grenache.

Tasting note:

La Conilla Blanc is a dry wine, pale yellow in color with honeyed reflections and bright tones, on the nose the white fruit highlights in a very powerful and aromatic way and on the palate a balanced acidity and freshness rounds it off and along with the mineral touches and salins make you salivate and want to repeat.

Pairing:

La Conilla blanc isvery gastronomic, very suitable with cheeses, also salads and fish, as an aperitif and to make drinks to lengthen afternoons and welcome the long summer nights.
