Elaboration:
Lo Roseta is a quiet wine, spontaneously fermented with native yeasts. Without added sulfites, Intense, complex and structured, a red with a more classic style that you can’t miss from young vines grown at 900 meters above sea level, in Vilanova de Prades, on a single estate with licorella soil, windy and strongly sunny.
Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Maceration with skins and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Resting on racks for 8 to 9 months in stainless steel
Tasting note
Lo Roseta is a young but powerful and structured wine. Medium intense violet color, mineral with marked aromas of black fruit that also stand out on the palate, accompanied by moderate acidity and astringency

It is particularly special for making drinks or with stews and meats, also cheeses and nuts.
