Elaboration:
The Mas Amfres Red harvested and the grapes are hand-selected in the vineyard. Elaboration in brisat, fermentation in stainless steel vats, post-fermentation maceration for 4-5 weeks. Low performance press. Aging on fine lees in stainless tanks for 9 months.
Tasting note:
Mas Amfres Red it is red cherry with a light layer. Roses red fruit and lollipop, hints of flint and gunpowder, a bewildering combination that is magnetic. Rough, calcareous touch, which generates curiosity. Light and fresh in the mouth.
Pairing:
Its lightness makes it a wine that can be drunk without too much company, but it appreciates cannelloni and pasta dishes of all kinds.
