Mas Amfres White harvests and selects the grapes manually in the vineyard. Static demist, prior to fermentation. Bristed vinification of Charelo and Pickpoll for 2 days. Fermentation in stainless steel vats. at a controlled temperature of 16-17 C. Aging on fine lees in a stainless tank for 9 months.
Mas Amfres White it is golden yellow. White flowers and hints of citrus. Creamy touch, good volume in the mouth with the counterpoint of a feeling of citrus spark that gives a long freshness. Especially salty.
Pairing:
Its saltiness makes it particularly suitable for raw seafood, oysters, catxels, noodles. It also encourages you to finish generous portions of unctuous foods such as fine legumes accompanied by Iberico.
