Elaboration:

Vinya Lluny Ancestral, is a single-varietal sparkling wine from xarelello aged in bottle for six months. We work with minimal intervention, neither stabilizing nor filtering. In the case of the ancestor, its preparation consists of bottling the wine during its fermentation. In this way, the fermentation in the bottle ends, without letting go of the carbon dioxide that is generated, thus forming its most vibrant and carefree bubbles. We

Tasting note:

Vinya Lluny Ancestral has volume and intensity, light aromas of yeast keeping the fruit very alive and its freshness. Ripe fruit and white flowers stand out, followed by a very pleasant slightly bitter finish that reinforces this great characteristic of the Xarel·lo variety.

Pairing:

Ideal for aperitifs, by the glass, with salads and soft cheeses or with nuts and grilled fish.
