Description
Elaboration: Vinya Lluny Xarel·lo, is a monovarietal white wine from Xarel·lo with prefermentative maceration for 10 hours, where we achieve complexity and a more structured must with more volume. This must ferments in a stainless steel tank and at the end of fermentation we start the battonage of its lees for 2 months. Tasting note: Vinya Lluny Xarel·lo has intensity and stone fruit like peach. In the mouth it has volume and persistence, the oiliness is also very present. And a slightly bitter finish so characteristic of our xarelello. Pairing: Ideal to accompany blue fish, salads and soft and semi-cured cheeses as well as white meats.
